1. Design first: digital simulation, more proper structure

Adopting CAD/CAM technology to simulate, analyse and optimize the design of a mould ensures a proper mould structure.

Offering modular design plans according to different types of bricks and different equipment interfaces realizes compatible design of “one mould, multiple machines”.

2. Strictly materials selecting: exclusive steel materials establish a durable foundation.

Selected manganese steel, alloy plate, Hardox steel and other specialized steels are highly durable, tough, high temperature resistant, fatigue resistant.

Ensure the stability of mould under long-time and high-frequency-use situation from the root, which effectively reduces the cost of maintenance.

3. Precision machining: numerical control equipment

Adopt high-precision numerical control equipment like gantry machining center, CNC, wire cutting machines and so on to process the cavity of a mould.

Strictly control key sizes, ensure uniform accuracy of the mould, making bricks formed with strong and sharp edges and corners.

4. Heat treatment to strengthen the mould: proper temperature control, making the hardness of the mould more than 60 HRC.

The mould has to go through many processes including tempering, quenching, carbonitriding during which the temperature and time are precisely controlled.

The surface hardness of the mould will be up to 60-64HRC, and the hardness gradient will be controlled within 1.5mm, which greatly upgrades the durability and shock resistance.

5. Precision assembly and fine finishing: man-machine cooperation

The mould is fully assembled through processes such as welding reinforcement performed by experienced assembly fitters.

Gantry milling machine and numerical control are used for the precision finishing of surfaces and locating holes and other key parts in order to ensure precise installation.

6. Full-process quality inspection: check at each level, able to trace back.

Inspectors are in every process, prudently checking weld seams, bolt tightness, the size of cavity and other parts one by one.

There are many tests and debugging to ensure the mould running efficiently and stably before delivery.

7. The final inspection and protection: polish and paint, then deliver in good condition

The mould will be delivered to the customer after finishing all processes including deburring, polishing, painting and rust-proof treatment.
