Meeting Report - Yangquan - S.L Machinery Attends the National Coal-Based and Metallurgical Solid Waste Comprehensive Utilization Technology and Equipment Exchange Conference

From March 28 to 30, the “National Coal-Based and Metallurgical Solid Waste Comprehensive Utilization Technology and Equipment Exchange Conference” was successfully held in Yangquan, Shanxi. Quanzhou City S.L Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as S.L Machinery) participated in the conference as a co-organizer. It is worth mentioning that the “Fully Automatic Servo Wall and Floor Brick Production Line” was awarded the “2024-2025 Coal-Based Solid Waste Resource Utilization Technology Excellent Case” certificate by the China Building Materials Circulation Association during the conference, becoming the focus of the event.

At the exchange meeting, Deputy General Manager Li Xiaoying delivered a keynote speech titled “Research and Application of Producing Large Water Conservancy and Retaining Wall Blocks from Bulk Solid Waste.” Sanlian Company, with a scientific and responsible attitude, is committed to the comprehensive utilization of bulk solid waste. General Manager Li used real experimental data to demonstrate that S.L Machinery’s brick-making equipment can efficiently utilize bulk industrial solid waste materials such as gangue, red mud, steel slag, furnace slag, tailings, construction waste, and fly ash in the brick-making process. The speech attracted the attention and recognition of many exhibitors.

At the exhibition, Sanlian Machinery's booth was packed with guests. Many customers showed great interest in the "high-efficiency industrial solid waste brick-making project." Project Tour

During the conference, the organizing committee arranged for customers to visit S.L Machinery’s red mud brick-making demonstration project on-site. The project uses red mud, gangue, fly ash, and other materials as core raw materials. It targets the pain points of these solid wastes, such as high alkalinity, complex composition, and difficulty in consumption by traditional processes. The project showcased the innovative process of the fully automatic servo wall and floor brick production line, which efficiently converts red mud and gangue into various masonry products, including cement floor bricks, hollow bricks, water conservancy bricks, slope protection bricks, and curbstones. Each production line can consume more than 200,000 tons of various solid wastes annually. Customers recognized this technological approach, believing that it not only opens up a channel for solid waste resource utilization but also achieves a dual breakthrough in environmental protection and market benefits.
