Recently, the 3rd Annual High-end Technology Exchange Conference for Artificial Stone PC Enterprises concluded successfully in Shanghai. Mr. Wang has provided a detailed introduction to the SLST2000-1500T new composite material wall and floor tile production line by Sanlian Machinery. This production line focuses on the recycling of solid waste materials, such as slag soil, fine powder materials, as well as conventional construction waste, steel slag, furnace slag, coal gangue, and industrial tailings. Through an innovative dry manufacturing process, these waste materials are transformed into high-quality wall and floor tile products. This not only achieves effective utilization of resources but also promotes the progress of green production.
In response to the issue of poor adhesion between the top and bottom layers in the market, Sanlian Machinery has adopted a forming method that combines vibration with static pressure, perfectly integrating the wet process with the dry process. This production line offers three different functional modes: simulated double-pressure mode, single-pressure vibration mode, and pure vibration mode, to meet the diverse material consumption and finished product demands in the market, ensuring the stability and reliability of product quality.
