Laba refers to the annual lunar December, commonly known as the twelfth lunar month, the eighth day of December (the eighth day of the twelfth lunar month), which is the Laba Festival. Laba Festival in China has a long tradition and history, on this day to drink Laba porridge, Laba porridge is the most traditional, but also the most stressful custom in China.
