1.Ventilation and Cooling: Let the Equipment "Breathe Freely"

The servo drive system and hydraulic station are the core power sources of the equipment. Continuous high-temperature environments can easily lead to motor overheating or system alarms.

Unobstructed Environment: Keep the air circulation in the production workshop as smooth as possible. If necessary, install industrial exhaust fans or air coolers in the core operating area of the equipment to accelerate air convection.

Dust Removal and Cooling: Regularly clean the dust accumulated on the servo motor casing, the cooling fan of the hydraulic station, and the dust filter of the electrical control cabinet.
